This is the first testimonial I have ever bothered to write. Absolutely delighted. I have read all the other testimonials and can only fully agree with the outstanding quality, price, timelines and professionalism of all staff we had contact with. I couldn’t believe we could have a new kitchen in less than a month. From the time Alex arrived at our house for the initial visit and design to the finished product took exactly 21 days.

The whole process went so smoothly as well. I didn’t have to ring them because they called me at every stage of the process. This included all the tradesman they organised (plumber, tiler and stonemason). Everything and everyone arrived exactly as planned and on time. No stress.

Believe me you will love dealing with this family company. They are real people with lovely personalities. My children (early 20’s) were actively
involved in the process. If it had been anyone else, I would have had to encourage or cajole them to be involved. Their level of interest and excitement in the whole project is not only pleasing to me but also a “testimonial” in itself to the wonderful, knowledgeable, professional and friendly staff at A&T. I have never experienced such quality service before.

I absolutely love my kitchen. I was very pregnant at the time and struggling to make decisions but your team was fabulous. The initial design on location was satisfactory but it was skye who did an excellent job …. she followed up by recommending fewer larger draws, top draws with soft close (as they have the china/cutlery), a nice big built in bin and shifting my focus from one work space to another – she is right – I use the space she said I would! I also love the 2 pac cupboards – they have been durable and look as good as new. The installation was smooth and friendly. I did find it hard to drive to your location for the colour selection – but was happy with the support and advice given. The only improvement was that I asked for fittings under the sink and was told to wait to see where the plumbing went – years later that cupboard is still a mess as after the installation there has been no opportunity to add the under-sink fittings. The follow up when I needed the warranty info on the smeg appliances was efficient. I have always highly recommended A&T to anyone who I met … thank you for a fabulous, quality, professional, friendly, supportive, timely service.

Our beautiful new kitchen was completed on time and with very little fuss and bother. Alex, Sky-Lee, Graeme and the rest of the team were very helpful and knowledgeable during the entire process. It was so nice to be able to rely on the company and not have to follow up on little details. An amazing coincidence was found while we were removing items from our old kitchen – we found the name A & T Cabinets on our old cupboards! We did love our old kitchen but it was time for a makeover – it must have been around 20 years old and still in good condition. So I can wholeheartedly recommend their work – not only their new work but their quality of work in the longterm.
